About these terms

CheerleadingMix (“we,” “us”) is operated by New Level Music LLC, 1425 Market Blvd, Suite 530-262, Roswell, GA 30076.

By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you order on behalf of a gym, school or program, you confirm you are allowed to agree to these terms for them. You must be at least 18 to place an order or create an account.

What we sell

We sell premade competition, dance and pep rally mixes, with optional custom voiceovers, sound effects and raps. Every mix can be previewed in full before you buy. Previews carry a light watermark; the master you download does not.

Delivery times are business days from your order and are our good-faith estimates. When an order includes several custom items, the delivery time is the longest single item, not the total. We will tell you by email if a delivery will be late.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown before you check out. Buyers outside the US pay in USD, and your bank may add currency conversion fees.
• Prices include any taxes we are required to collect, unless shown separately at checkout.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

Custom orders

When you customize a mix, you choose where each voiceover, sound effect and rap goes, and you write the wording for voiceovers and raps.

• Check your wording and placements before you order. Placements are locked once mixing starts, and we record exactly what you submit, including spelling.
• Keep it appropriate. We may decline or edit wording that is offensive, that uses another team’s or brand’s name, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We will contact you before making changes.
• Protect athletes’ privacy. Please do not include athletes’ full names or personal details. A team or program name is all we need.
• Sound effects are chosen by our producers to match the skill at each placement.

You confirm that you have the right to use any team name, program name or wording you give us.

Your music license

Our music is licensed to you, not sold. The music, recordings and productions remain owned by us or our licensors.

Each license lets the team assigned to it in Backstage:

• Practice and perform the mix at competitions, games, pep rallies, showcases and other team events
• Play the mix at practice and share it privately with team members through Backstage
• Use it for one year from the date the license starts, as shown on your license certificate

Unless we agree in writing, you may not:

• Use one license for more than one team
• Resell, share, give away or upload the mix for others to download
• Upload the mix to streaming services, or use it in ads or other commercial videos
• Remix, re-edit or remove parts of the mix, or use our voices or productions in other music

Posting performance videos to social media is allowed for personal and team use. Platforms may still mute or flag music in videos, and we cannot control that.

Every master is produced to be USA Cheer compliant at the time of delivery. Event rules can differ and change, so please check the music rules of each event you attend. We provide a license certificate for each team, ready for events that ask for one.

Renewals, upgrades and Mix Credits

• Licenses do not renew automatically. Backstage shows when each license expires, and you can renew to keep your team, certificate and master together.
• You can upgrade a package or spend Mix Credits in Backstage. Mix Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are used under the terms shown when they are issued.

Refunds and fixing problems

All sales are final, because every mix can be heard in full before you buy and digital downloads cannot be returned. If something is wrong with your order or custom mix, email info@cheerleadingmix.com and our producers will make it right.

• Our mistake: if a custom mix does not match the wording or placements you submitted, we will fix it at no charge.
• Your change: changes after mixing starts, such as new wording or placements, may cost extra. We will tell you the price before we do the work.
• Faulty files: if a download is damaged or will not play, we will replace it.

By ordering, you ask us to begin delivering your digital music right away. If you are in the UK or the EU, you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once your download starts or your custom work begins.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory rights of UK and EU consumers.

Your account

• You do not need an account to buy, but Backstage requires one to manage downloads and licenses.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Keep your email address up to date, so you receive delivery and renewal notices.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by sharing licensed music. If we do, licenses already paid for may also end.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to download masters without paying, removing preview watermarks, copying our library, interfering with the site’s security, or using automated tools to scrape it.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

We work hard to deliver every mix on time and as ordered. Apart from the promises in these terms and rights you have under law, the site and music are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost competition results, lost profits or event fees, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, please email info@cheerleadingmix.com first. Most issues can be solved quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Roswell, GA, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Consumers outside the US keep the protections of their local consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
