Who we are
CheerleadingMix (“we,” “us”) is operated by New Level Music LLC, 1425 Market Blvd, Suite 530-262, Roswell, GA 30076.
This policy covers cheerleadingmix.com, our Studio, our Backstage accounts, and any email or support conversations with us. If you have questions, email info@cheerleadingmix.com.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to sell, deliver, and license your music.

How we use your information
We use your information to run CheerleadingMix and improve it. Specifically, to:
- Process payments and deliver your premade and custom mixes
- Record and produce custom voiceovers, sound effects and raps to your placements
- Issue license certificates and keep your licensed mixes available in Backstage
- Send order confirmations, production updates, delivery notices and license renewal reminders
- Answer support requests
- Send news and offers by email, if you have agreed to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Understand how visitors use our site, and fix problems
- Measure how well our ads work, and show our ads to people likely to be interested
- Prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Where UK or European Union (EU) law applies, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (orders and delivery), our legitimate interests (running and improving the business, security), your consent (marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
Your rights and choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@cheerleadingmix.com. We will reply within 30 days, and we may need to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
- Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email. We will still send order and license emails.
- Cookies: change your choices any time through the cookie settings link in our footer.
- US residents: depending on your state, you may have the right to know what we collect, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your information. To opt out, use our cookie settings or email us. We honor Global Privacy Control browser signals where required.
- Canada residents: you may access and correct your information, and withdraw consent, subject to legal limits. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- UK and EU/EEA residents: you may access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, the CNIL in France or the AEPD in Spain.
- Australia residents: you may access and correct your information. If you have a concern, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your account, order and license records for as long as you have a Backstage account, so you can redownload and renew your music. After that, we keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
We protect your information with secure (HTTPS) connections, payment processing through Stripe, and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password for your Backstage account.
Children’s privacy
CheerleadingMix is for coaches, program directors, and other adults who buy music for their teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we ask that only adults place orders or create accounts.
Many of the athletes who perform to our music are minors. Please do not include athletes’ full names or other personal details in voiceover or rap wording; a team or program name is all we need. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@cheerleadingmix.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the US. If you visit or order from outside the US, including Canada, the UK, the EU or Australia, your information is transferred to the US. When we transfer UK or EU information, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, or standard contractual clauses, as used by our service providers.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date, and email account holders about significant changes.
